MaryAnne Garcia

Co-Founder
Managing Partner

Prior to co-founding Empower Partnerships, MaryAnne was the Director of North America Talent Acquisition for Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 company. There, she led a recruitment team of 22 and who hired more than 1200 team members a year.

Prior to her tenure with Insight MaryAnne was the General Manager of Talent Solutions for a small, privately held Microsoft Gold Certified Consulting Company. There she helped hire hundreds of consultants for small mid market companies as well as some of the larger enterprise companies here in Arizona, such as Honeywell, Intel, General Dynamics, and Motorola.

MaryAnne attained her Bachelor’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Training and Development from Grand Canyon University and is DDI certified in behavioral and values-based interviewing. She is the proud mom of two sons. Her oldest is proud to service our country in the United States Army. Her youngest follows in her foot-steps as an avid basketball player and top Recruiter with Empower Partnerships.

Sarina Ryczek

Managing Partner

Sarina has spent more than 25 years helping global organizations build, nurture and grow their people operations. Her experience spans organizations of all shapes and sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, ranging across multiple industries including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and sales and services organizations.

Sarina earned her MBA in International Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in English and Communications, from the State University of New York at Fredonia. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.

Sarina values authenticity and relationships above all else. She understands the importance of a balanced life, cherishing the time she spends traveling with her two favorite humans on the planet, her daughters, showing them that the world is bigger than their backyard, how beautifully diverse it is, and being reminded every day just how blessed she is to be their mom.

Jen Eberts

Vice President
Operational Excellence

Jen found her love for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources when she walked into a staffing agency in 2008 seeking employment and was offered a position as a Recruiter. Finding enjoyment and success in hiring employees by delivering to a quality process, Jen’s passion pursuits quickly evolved to vetting, implementing, and managing Talent Acquisition and HR Systems, and developing strong processes to ensure consistency in operational efficiencies.

After attaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Jen pursued a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governor’s University. She is SHRM-SCP certified, and holds a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute. In addition to her formal training, Jen is driven by her love for technology and seeks out any opportunity leverage the latest tools to advance and simplify processes and enhance the user experience.

Above all, Jen is a dedicated mother to two young boys who keep her on her toes! She cherishes the time she is able to spend with her family and seeks out opportunities to build memories in every moment.
