OUR FOUNDERS

Patti is a mother of 4 children and excited to share a new life chapter with grandbabies. She’s passionate about mentoring women in STEM, and serves on 2 board of directors to further the causes for women’s careers in technology.

Prior to co-founding Empower Partnerships, MaryAnne was the Director of North America Talent Acquisition for Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 company. There, she led a recruitment team of 22 and who hired more than 1200 team members a year. Prior to her tenure with Insight MaryAnne was the General Manager of Talent Solutions for a small, privately held Microsoft Gold Certified Consulting Company. There she helped hire 100s of consultants for small mid market companies as well as some of the larger enterprise companies here in Arizona, such as; Honeywell, Intel, General Dynamics, and Motorola.
MaryAnne attained her Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in Training and Development from Grand Canyon University and is DDI certified in behavioral and values-based interviewing. She is the proud mom of two sons. Her oldest is proud to Service our Country in the United States Army. Her youngest, follows in her foot-steps as avid basketball player and top Recruiter with Empower Partnerships.

She has been managing Empower’s RPO implementation team for the last 2 years. Moving forward she will be focused on more holistic talent acquisition and management strategies helping our clients optimize their current and future workforces, with an emphasis on objective candidate and employee evaluation processes including behavioral and cognitive theories of hiring and promoting.
Colleen spends her free time volunteering with groups serving Active Military and US Veterans. Most of her vacations are spent with her family in Montana where she is working on her fly fishing skills.

After selling her company she ran the Global Talent Acquisition Team for Iron Mountain, a Fortune 1000 publicly traded company (IRM), committing her time to develop recruiting teams and creating talent acquisition strategies inclusive of military, college and diversity programs. She is a graduate of The University of Arizona and holds certifications in AIRS, Predictive Index Practitioner and PI Talent Optimization.
Marti volunteers her time providing talent acquisition support and mentorship to a non-profit focusing on technical development programs for young women, resume writing services to women re-entering the workforce, and executive recruiting and fundraising for local homeless shelters. She enjoys personal time with her husband traveling the world experiencing global cultures.
